Henry, was a key figure in the inception and development of a leading expert litigation report writer since its establishment in 2017.

Henry founded Forenzix in April 2022 and with help of his team has positively disrupted the legal industry by providing innovative tools that empower law firms to streamline their operations and deliver exceptional outcomes. Henry has been diligently working with law firms of all sizes, enabling them to embark on effective and viable projects.

Aside from day to day business management, Henry works on the commercial side of the business making sure that our clients, both new and old, are happy with the Foreznix service.

Outside work Henry loves life in the countryside. He's also a keen cricket and horse racing fan.

Joe completed his BSc Business Management degree at the University of Birmingham. Having previously worked as a Process Manager. Joe has developed his process knowledge, optimising the production of financial litigation reports.

Joe’s thorough planning and strategic thinking has set the framework for successful projects such as de-duplication of the Vauxhall Diesel Emissions group litigation, creation of the Forenzix Web App and dynamic custom reporting dashboards for law firms. Joe is also an expert at building Actionstep systems and is passionate about integrating automation to help improve efficiency of law firms’ operations. So far, Joe has built processes and developed legal software from scratch for two law firms.

Outside work Joe throws himself into competitive sport being a keen cricket and tennis player.

Saif is our lead Software Developer. Saif oversees the designing and of developing our bespoke software and was one of the first members to join the Forenzix team. He joined Forenzix soon after graduating with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from King College London.

Saif’s first project was to pick up the production of the de-duplication software for the Vauxhall Diesel Emissions Group Litigation. Saif was outstanding in executing this project and has been responsible for the code used in our bespoke software projects since. Saif’s enthusiasm in taking on new challenges and his ability to deliver high quality programs, allows us to think creatively when planning solutions for our clients.

Outside work Saif enjoys the occasional Sudoku and Climbing.

Kyle is the newest member of our software development team. Kyle has recently graduated in Computer Science from Cardiff University. As a junior developer he has been continuing the development of our Web App, applying his fresh ideas to improve the usability of this product. Kyle also assists in the implementation of bespoke software for our law firms.

Outside of work Kyle is a keen music curator.

Sonam is an audit manager and an accountant in the making. She is a proud graduate of Queen Mary University of London, with two degrees: BSc Physics and MSc Theoretical Physics. Sonam has embarked on a journey to become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Sonam holds comprehensive knowledge of all case types and relevant regulations, as well as strong analytical and numerical skills and regularly liaise with law firms and understand their needs. She developed and streamlined the audit process to improve audit quality, trained multiple team members, and has assisted in the development of calculators for various case types.  Apart from leading the audit team, Sonam assists in the management of Forenzix financial accounts and is responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.

Outside of work, Sonam enjoys travelling and runs her own food blogging page called ‘Halal Food Fanatics’.

Davin is an experienced professional within Forenzix's Audit Team, with a wealth of financial expertise cultivated through prior roles at prominent international audit firms, including KPMG and ECOVIS. Prior to his tenure at Forenzix, he successfully attained his MSc in Accounting & Finance from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2022.

In his current role, Davin assumes the responsibility of preparing Financial Litigation Reports across a range of claim types, such as Business Energy Claims, Undisclosed Commissions, Plevin, and Motor Finance, among others. Furthermore, he plays a pivotal role in the development of the BEC Calculator, collaborating closely with the application developer and rigorously testing the product. Leveraging his extensive background and knowledge gained at Forenzix, Davin consistently delivers outstanding results in all his endeavors.

Outside of his professional commitments, Davin enjoys physical activities like jogging or engaging in E-Sports games with his circle of friends.

Shrey is our legal software developer. Shrey holds a master’s degree in computer science from Queen Mary University of London. With a strong foundation in computer science and technology, Shrey brings a wealth of technical expertise to his role at Forenzix Limited. Prior to joining Forenzix Limited, Shrey gained valuable experience as a Software Development Engineer (SDE), where he honed his skills in developing robust and scalable software solutions. His experience in software development provides him with a deep understanding of CRM systems and their integration within organizational frameworks. Shrey is responsible for maximising our client’s operational efficiency which he achieves this through constructing and analysing processes and implementing these processes into robust management systems. Outside of work Shrey is a keen traveller and avid chess player.

Guy completed an LLB in 2020 at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch and was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand as a barrister and solicitor in 2021. During his time as a commercial lawyer, Guy practiced in a wide field of the law, specialising in contractual law, property law, succession planning and company law. Guy relocated to the UK in October of 2023 working briefly as a legal consultant for a firm in Wandsworth before joining our team in January 2024 in the role of commercial associate. Guy both facilitates and maintains relationships with our partnered firms in the industry, identifying opportunity and areas of expansion. Outside of work Guy enjoys the outdoors, a range of physical activity and travelling.
